How can we fix Crystal Reports 9 print sideways?
We regularly run Crystal Reports (version 9) and the reports come "side" (ie the report should be in the landscape, and the text will print landscape, but portrait showed the paper, so that the text in the gray area on the preview show). The only workable solution we currently have is to reboot the server. When I use the process, Crystal Reports is running in isolation could, would I think we could start shutting down and new, and to solve the problem without the inconvenience of rebooting, but I can not figure out how to isolate and identify Crystal process. Does anyone have a similar problem in the running and come up with a better solution? We plan to upgrade, but that's still leaves in coming, and it would be nice To solve this problem in this version.
